Gosh I am loving these easy prep meals that require just a few ingredients! Melts in your mouth! The only thing I don't like about the meal is the lack of color... But I guess that is being a little too picky!
Ingredients:

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup grated parmigiano reggiano (parmesan cheese)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons dehydrated chopped onions
Directions: Place chicken in a baking dish coated with cooking spray. In a bowl combined the next six ingredients. Smear onto to top on each chicken breast, making sure to thoroughly cover each so chicken does not dry out while baking. Bake at 375' for 45 minutes.
