Crock Pot Italian Chicken
This crock pot meal took just a few minutes to set up! After Chris's first bite he told me to make sure I remember this one. Just five hassle free ingredients:
Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (you can use frozen)
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can cream of chicken
(or 2 cans of cream of whatever-you like)
1 packet Zesty Italian Dressing seasoning
1 oz. fat free cream cheese softened
Directions: Place chicken breasts in the bottom of crock pot. In a bowl mixed together cream cheese, cream of mushroom, cream of chicken, and seasoning. Spoon mixture over the top of chicken. Cook on low for 4 hours. Serve over pasta.
I used completely frozen chicken so that added more moisture to the crock pot mixture. If you find your sauce is too think just add a little milk.
