Turkey {Thanksgiving Leftover} Chili

This is the recipe I mentioned here and it was crazy yummy! It not only warmed us up but changed up the taste of turkey! This recipe makes at least 10 servings, but ingredient amounts can easily be cut in half.


4 cups of cooked turkey cubed
4 cans of kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
2 cans of condensed cream of chicken soup
3 cups fat free milk
1 cup chicken broth
2 cans (4 oz each) chopped green chilies
1 cup frozen corn kernels
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons dried oregano


Add all ingredients into a large sauce pan. Cook and stir occasionally until chili reaches boiling. Turn stove top down and simmer for 25 minutes.
