This salad was one that I fell in love with at a party a few months ago! The woman who brought the recipe was so sweet to share it with me and now I'm passing the goodness on!
Ingredients:
1 small head green cabbage
1 pkg. ramen noodles cooked without seasoning
1 pkg. slivered almonds
3 T sesame seeds
4-5 sliced green onions
1 chicken breast cooked & cut into pieces
Dressing
1/4 cup salad oil
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
2 T sugar
3 T rice vinegar (yellow lid)
Directions: Cut cabbage coleslaw style. Combine remaining ingredients with cabbage then add dressing.
SUPER easy and total crowd pleaser!
