Healthy Breakfast Muffins


Ingredients:
  • 1 lg egg
  • 3/4 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup chopped banana
  • 1 cup apple sauce
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1 table baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions: Mix dry and wet ingredients separately before mixing all together. Fill greased cup cake pan 3/4 full. Bake at 400′ 15-20 minutes.
